This is a automatic loading and unloading production line custom-designed by ZLPH Company based on the customer's current production capacity requirements. The production line use automatic loading and unloading basket system, automatic shuttle trolley, and steam rotary sterilization retort, etc.
The steam rotary sterilization retort is mainly used for canned viscous foods, such as milk drinks, porridge, etc. This equipment is based on the steam sterilization retort and adds a rotation function. Through the rotation function, the heat penetration speed is increased, the soup and solids are fully mixed, and the taste and quality of the product are improved by uniform heating.
The continuous sterilization production line realizes fully automatic operation from loading and unloading to sterilization. There is no need for manual intervention on the equipment during automatic operation, and only one person is required to operate and monitor the entire line.
All controls and information displays are concentrated on the control panel, which can be started with one click without close-range operation. According to customer requirements, a host computer can be used to centrally control all sterilization kettles and operate remotely to ensure the safety of personnel operations.
