Our company has established a strategic cooperation relationship with a well-known domestic PP/HDPE bottles beverage enterprise, and has customized a fully automatic sterilization production line. The production line adopts fully automatic loading and unloading system, automatic retort shuttle trolley transport, automatic water immersion sterilization retort, and an operating platform.
The fully automatic water immersion retort have the characteristics of rapid heating and cooling, which can achieve the best taste, color, and shelf life of food. It is mainly used for safe, energy-saving, and nutrient preservation sterilization of products packaged in soft packages, PP bottles, and other packaging. The entire equipment is composed of process sterilization tank, hot water tank, and balance system, which fully meets FDA requirements.
The continuous sterilization production line achieves fully automatic operation from loading and unloading to sterilization, without the need for manual intervention on the equipment during automatic operation. The entire line only requires one person to operate and monitor.
