We have customized one fully automatic sterilization production line, which can reach a production capacity of 240 cans/minute. Our company supplies 20 units steam-air sterilization retorts, 4 sets of trolleys, and a fully automatic loading and unloading system to the enterprise, realizing the workflow of product loading and unloading, entering and exiting sterilization retorts, sterilization, and unloading. The entire workshop can be intelligently unmanned or only requires one person on duty.
The production line adopts fully automatic loading and unloading system, automatic retort shuttle trolley transport, automatic steam-air sterilization retort , and an operating platform.
The automatic steam-air sterilization retort is based on the steam sterilization retorts with an air circulation device added. Compressed air is introduced during the sterilization process, and the temperature and pressure can be automatically controlled in multiple stages throughout the entire process. Under the action of the air circulation, the air and steam can be mixed well without any cold points, achieving sterilization effect and making the heat distribution more uniform. In addition, during the entire sterilization process, except for the exhaust during cooling, there is no need for an air release device during sterilization, It saves a lot of steam.
This sterilization retorts can not only sterilize two piece cans and three piece cans, but also sterilize packaged products in plastic bags and boxes, solving the problem of using multiple pot types due to the variety of products, reducing costs, manpower, material resources, and energy consumption; And it adopts a heat exchanger for cooling, effectively preventing secondary pollution of the product and having a good heat distribution effect.
The entire continuous sterilization production line achieves fully automatic operation from loading and unloading to sterilization, without the need for manual intervention of equipment during automatic operation. The entire line only requires one person to operate and monitor.
